Beautiful Finish, LLC takes safety, sanitation and the health of its customers and staff very seriously. We share our customers’ concerns about the winter “surge” in infection rates of COVID-19 and know that many of us are sensitive about having people outside of our immediate family in our home.
In order to limit contact, we start conversations with homeowners about their kitchens over email, phone, and video chat. We provide preliminary estimates once customers provide us with sufficient information on their project’s needs. Next, we will schedule a brief visit at a mutually agreeable time during which the manager will wear a mask and practice physical distancing. (We need to inspect the cabinetry on site before we can quote a job.) We ask that people in the same room with our staff wear also wear masks. We ask that even those that have been vaccinated wear masks around us for the foreseeable future.
We encourage homeowners to contact us now if you want to secure a slot in our schedule. Demand for our services has increased greatly. We book contracts months in advance.
Per Massachusetts COVID-19 industry-specific checklists, we sanitize high touch surfaces in our work area. While finishing cabinetry, our work has always included wearing masks, gloves, and isolating kitchens from the rest of a house. During the project, we put up plastic walls and use a high-powered fan that forces air to flow into the workspace and ejects it to the exterior. The team is diligently monitoring its health, practicing social distancing, and washing hands.
