You will hear Rory’s voice when you call Beautiful Finish. As he manages each project, he loves to listen to a customer’s vision and see it through to completion with detailed planning.
He received his undergraduate degree in engineering at Swarthmore College. After teaching math and science for several years, he went on to earn his master of science in education at Tufts University before returning to the classroom. All told, he has taught in Massachusetts public schools for 10 years. During most of this time he was a high school physics teacher. Now he looks for opportunities in woodworking to put theory into practice.
He started working for the finishing business in 2015.
